has been renovated in 2006.
The villa has private and direct access to the beach, it is
located in an exceptional site and has a magnificent view of a
nearby island.
The villa is 1075sq ft and is suitable for 8 persons. On the
ground floor, there is a TV lounge with DVD player, stereo station,
CD & cassette player, radio, USB slot MP3,
Dining room, equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave,
refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum
cleaner).
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms air conditioning with sea
view, 1 street-side bedroom air conditioning, 2 bathroom
toilet.
There is a garden with terrace of 3200sq feet, a barbecue and
garden furniture.
There is a garage and it is possible to park on the side of the
road behind the villa.
Besides the private beach access, you will find a pebble cove at
only 150 ft. L’Estérel is nearby. Enough reasons to
spend an unforgettable holiday
Renting a villa

The villa is located on the Corniche d'Or on the
sea, the road runs behind the villa.
It is south facing with a large
terrace (100 m2) where deckchairs are available. Down toward
the sea, you find another 30 m2 terrace and outdoor shower.
The access to the sea is direct without having to
leave the property, the beach and paved with slabs is exclusively
reserved.
You will at all times of the day enjoy a beautiful view over the
sea and enjoy the good moments of quiet calm, paradise awaits
you.

four kilomters from Agay on the road to Cannes (25kms) and 15
kilometers of Saint
Raphaël, it accommodates eight people in a comfortable way
for an unforgettable vacation. Saint Tropez is 30
kilometers.
