Free internet Wifi access
Location will be from Saturday 3 pm. until Saturday 9 am. Electricity and water are not included in the rental rate. In winter time, you will have to pay an additional charge for heating. Cleaning charges are 150 euros if you don't do it. A down payment of 30 % of the rental rate is required upon reservation.
A refundable deposit of 1500 euros should be paid upon arrival, you can pay the refundable deposit in the currency of your country.Notes: Sheets and cloths can be provided upon request, bathroom linen is not provided. The kitchen equipment comprises household appliances and new furniture. A
